چکیده
Drought is one of the most brutal environmental factors limiting productivity fruit trees. The search for new and efficient microorganisms from unexplored environments that can be used to mitigate negative effects water stress an interesting alternative alleviate drought experienced by plants. This study aimed determine PGPR inoculation on growth physioecological characteristics walnut (Juglans regia) seedlings under stress. A pot experiment was conducted using J. regia with controlled supplies at different levels (light, moderate, severe control) or without Bacillus cereus L90, a type produces high cytokinins indoleacetic acid (IAA). Under well-watered conditions, there no obvious effect antioxidant enzyme activities, osmotic adjustment levels, photosynthetic regia. As intensity increased, B. increased activities in changed their characteristics. However, substances were decreased as result inoculation. Regardless status, induced significant increase IAA, gibberellins, zeatin contents light abscisic content significantly Additionally, promoted plants terms ground diameter plant height. result, could improve resistance its growth, suggesting it useful supplementary measure use afforestation arid semiarid environments.

the effects of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (pgpr) on growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings corylus avellana were determined in a forest nursery. for this purpose, in a completely randomized design (crd) and four replicates, three putative bacteria, including pseudomonas putida, bacillus subtilis and enterobacter cloacae, as alone and mixed, were examined. the greatest h...
متن کاملPlant growth promoting bacteria effects on growth, photosynthetic pigments and root nutrients uptake of Avena sativa L. under drought stress
Drought stress is one of the most important factors affecting plant growth. Plant growth under drought stress may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. This research was conducted as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. The first factor included the bio-fertilizer (A. vinelandii (A)), P. agglomerans+ P. ...

Drought stress is one of the most important factors limiting plant growth all around the world. Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) can significantly reduce drought stress effects on plants growth. This study was aimed to investigate the influence of PGPR (inoculation by Azospirillum lipoferum, Azotobacter chroococcum, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Bacillus cereus) on seed germination, se...
متن کاملEffect of seed priming with selenium nanoparticles and plant growth promoting rhizobacteria on improving Quinoa seedling growth under salinity stress
Soil and water salinity are the most important problems that limit crop production, especially in the arid and semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of growth-promoting bacteria and selenium nanoparticle pretreatment on increasing the tolerance of the Chenopodium quinoa plant to salinity. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with...
متن کاملEffects of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria on Loblolly and Slash Pine Seedlings
Loblolly and slash pine seed were inoculated at sowing with 1 of 12 different strains of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) in the greenhouse. Time to germination and seedling densities were determined at 21 days, and seedling biomass was measured at 12 wk after sowing. All bacterial strains significantly increased the speed of seedling emergence over nontreated pine seed. By 12 wk, ho...
